I came across BA Cleaning Services through a Groupon special offered not too long ago. It was for 3 hours of apartment cleaning. I must admit, I am typically very skeptical about any deals offered for services through Groupon or similar sites, for obvious reasons. But having 2 kids, a large dog in the middle of shedding season, and nowhere near enough time to clean up after them all, I decided to take a gamble. My expectations were not high. But I figured if they could clean as much in the allotted three hours that I could in two, then I'd be happy with my purchase. And I can honestly say that my expectation were exceeded in the end. Upon arriving, I stated that my priority was the dog hair and the dust that was everywhere in my apartment, and that the bathroom could use a good scrubbing if time allowed. Everything else was fine. I have a fairly large three bedroom apartment, and definately did not expect much more than that to fit into 3 hours. This was my first time hiring for cleaning services, and I did not know what to expect. Well, they not only addressed my priorities, but went above and beyond. Going so far as to vacuum every inch of my place, even under the area rugs, moving my sofa and armchairs to even clean under them, and every crevice where dust and hair could hide. Every surface in every room was thoroughly dusted. Even the kitchen, which I stated did not need any cleaning. The bathroom sparkled and smelled as clean as the day I moved in. Don't do it. Buyer BEWARE i took off work to allow BA Cleaning Service to come and clean. Unfortunately i waisted my time. i paid for four hours of service, through a living social deal. At no point and time was i told that if two cleaners showed up it would only be two hours. When in fact i spoke to the owner on four different occasions. My first initial appointment was canceled due to only one cleaner being available. Had i known i would have allowed that one cleaner to come for four hours which i paid for. The owner did inform the cleaner that did show up to refund me, cash after i expressed how i was never informed on the allotted time for two people. the cleaners were very pleasant, so was the owner however the issue is time being waisted. THe problem is also the discrepancy on the time and the amount of people it is not disclosed on their website and wont be disclosed to the buyer or purchaser until the day of. These people were fabulous. They arrive exactly on time, cleaned an entire suite of offices in a matter of hours, and cleaned every single surface, including the insides and blades of several personal fans. Everyone in the suite was impressed with their good energy, that they used entirely natural products, and they were very unobtrusive. This was by far the best cleaning this office suite has ever had, and we will definitely have them back. They are also the only cleaning service we have had that asked for a written checklist of particular things we wanted them to do. This is the 2nd time I am using BA cleaning for my home. Ami and Hulai are efficient and thorough.
