My vacuum is cordless and has a digital screen that tells me how much time is left on the charge, so I could also tell that she used the vacuum for only about 10 minutes. But the most bizarre thing is that she ate food from my fridge. Customer service acknowledged this and apologized, they offered to have someone come back for a "touch up" but I would not trust anyone from that company to enter my home again. They did not offer any refund. I demanded a refund of the $30 cash tip I left the cleaner, which they did provide. Look elsewhere for your cleaning needs.

The cleaner showed up on time, even early, and we discussed what needed to be cleaned vs. what she could skip over. Even leading up to that first cleaning, the scheduler was responsive and communicative at every step of the way. The cleaner even added nice hotel-like touches, such as a little paper towel "bow" on the roll of paper towels in my kitchen, and same with the bathroom towels. I even had very dirty, hard-to-clean window sills, typical of NYC, and she was able to get it looking freshly painted. I plan to continue using their services regularly. I would not hesitate to recommend Wizard of Homes for your cleaning. Strongly recommended.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

From the initial phone conversation through the post-event follow up call they were quick to respond and answered all questions leading up to the big day. Agreed upon tasks included set up/take down, maintaining the food/drink stations, clean up, and to keep general order. Having Kim there allowed me, my wife, and our families the freedom to enjoy our guests knowing the party was in good hands. Thank you Kim!

Long story short it gets dirty really fast. We have a worker from Muffetta's that comes in once a week from 1-3 pm, to clean our entire gym. She always shows up on time and does a great job. She keeps out of the way of all clients and is very quiet the entire time which makes her almost invisible to us. We only have to vacuum maybe twice during the week after she comes in, which is damn impressive. If you need a cleaning service in white plains that's affordable and does a great job, look no further than Muffetta's!!!!

Their quote stated how they bring all their own equipment but they showed up to clean a 1,300 square foot apartment with a little hand vacuum, did not mop any floor, did not clean the toilets or showers, and did not clean inside the refrigerator (which I spent extra for). Pictures attached. They were at my apartment for over five hours and were very unorganized, running out of time. My bedroom floors are now severely scratched and I am the idiot who did not get a COI before allowing them to enter my home. Why they even decided to move the bed around I do not know. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. However, they eventually responded to all my calls and emails and refunded me the $600. Be careful.
