Overall took about 3.5 hours of cleaning because I don't own a vacuum so everything had to be manual. The owner Hazel does not take accountability and communicates in an aggressive tone. I have had two cleaning sessions with them so far both the times the cleaner arrived 40-70 mins late. The cleaner herself was nice but was having an argument with Hazel in Spanish. She arrived to my house with no cleaning supplies which only after six phone calls and back-and-forth somebody came with cleaning supplies. As a courtesy they gave me off discount. I even told her as a courtesy if you do not return my money which I gave for the third cleaning for a patio I will have to write this negative review because Im not one to write bad reviews as I understand the impact on a business. I definitely would recommend staying away from this business. They took my money for patio cleaning which they never did, kept saying they can't return it because it's the Fourth of July weekend, even though the payment was made via Venmo. For this patio cleaning I waited for one week and readjusted my time schedule 4 times. I have given them numerous chances and they said the delay is caused by my building asking for COI. I unfortunately had to move out which I had communicated that my lease is ending. Yeah I would give one star it's only because I feel bad for the workers who seem nice and pleasant natured that I am giving an extra star.

I made the booking online on Sunday night for a Tuesday cleaning appointment, and I had 3 Venezuelan women (they only speak Spanish) come punctually today. Luckily my dog walker popped by and was able to help translate, but tbh we would have been ok even without a translator. The 3 ladies were an excellent well oiled team who went straight to work after a very brief orientation. I have 2 dogs that shed (a lot) and the ladies made my apartment sparkling clean. They were efficient and it took 4 hours (x 3 ladies) to clean a 3 bed/ 3 bath/ 2000SF - this included mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and making 2 beds and cleaning out my vacuum cleaners at the end. Cost was $240. This included a 20% discount for signing up to having a weekly service. Tips are optional and can be paid in person or through the Homey online platform. Mariella was also very helpful on the phone and by text, and any extra instructions can be texted to her (eg if you wanted laundry folded, this could be added for an additional cost). After today's experience, I'm 100% going to use them regularly going forward.

It also doesn't hurt that Laura is a warm, caring, animal-loving human being. I have cleaned for hours and for some reason, it just never looks as clean as the job they do. They have also cleaned our oven and fridge in the past, and the results were beautiful. You won't find a more hard-working team. I've recommended them to all my family and friends.
