I recommend using the architect he normally works with to make sure the permit and inspection process go smoothly. You do need to find someone else to lay the decking part, unless you are going with an all-metal deck. We are thrilled with how it came out. This is not normal wear and tear -- it is clearly a defect caused by cheap materials and poor workmanship. I contacted Rosa immediately, multiple times, asking for help and a solution. I was completely ignored. No support, no inspection, no replacement, no accountability. Customer service was non-existent. Today, 2 out of the 4 doors are completely destroyed, despite being used in a normal indoor environment. Doors should last decades, not fail after a few weeks. This company sells low-quality products and then disappears when problems arise. Very unprofessional, very disappointing, and a waste of money. I strongly advise against buying anything from them.

The work was undertaken without a formal written estimate, and a receipt for payment was not obtained because Brad said he does not carry receipts with him. He told me to call his office and 'they' would supply a receipt. (He answered the phone.) So far, no receipt. Brad made unfavorable remarks (siding/windows) about the work performed by others rather than focusing on giving me an estimate. The siding was replaced 25 years ago, without a problem until now. When my roof and siding need to be replaced, there's no way I would consider Brad. If you value clear communication and honesty, do not hire Brad. Get everything in writing, which was my mistake from the beginning.

They serviced for us a chain link automation gate that was only working half of the time. We did try to use other contractors before them. We got answers like you need a new motor to you need a new gate. NYC iron works and welding were able to put their finger on the problem, and instead of spending couple thousands, we only paid $300 plus tax for the repair (one of the contractors was burned). I'm happy to review their services, and I can tell you now they will be my first call when I whenever I will need iron works or welding services.
