I recommend using the architect he normally works with to make sure the permit and inspection process go smoothly. You do need to find someone else to lay the decking part, unless you are going with an all-metal deck. We are thrilled with how it came out. They serviced for us a chain link automation gate that was only working half of the time. We did try to use other contractors before them. We got answers like you need a new motor to you need a new gate. NYC iron works and welding were able to put their finger on the problem, and instead of spending couple thousands, we only paid $300 plus tax for the repair (one of the contractors was burned). I'm happy to review their services, and I can tell you now they will be my first call when I whenever I will need iron works or welding services.

Yes, your walls will get patched and painted. But there's no attention to detail. He just painted completely over tile grout and all over a light fixture. They were supposed to be there within 30 minutes - that did not happen. After numerous calls (from us to them only) they kept postponing and eventually never showed up. We ended up calling a different company, located in Brooklyn, who actually came out within one hour and fixed the issue right away. I am disappointed in the way they handled the situation - while I understand maybe it is not easy to come out right away because of various reasons, but do not lie and and then just keep postponing. This is disrespectful - our time is valuable and nobody likes to just wait around waiting for a miracle.
