Timely - The salesperson arrived within 10 minutes of the quoted arrival time. Quick, Good Work - He checked out the broken pane, quoted me the replacement fee, and said he could do it right now out of his van if I had about 15-20 minutes. And sure enough, 15 minutes later, he had the pane replaced, and back up in the window. He even thoughtfully cleaned the broken glass out from the window sill. Convenient - I was able to pay by credit card over the phone. Great business. Highly recommended.
