The team did great in installing everything and being tidy. The only downfall was that we were scheduled for 3 days but they left early Sunday and pushed it out until Monday-Tuesday. So it lasted a bit longer, and we had to rearrange our schedule. So make sure you take a few days extra just in case, if not at the very least to just enjoy the floors. Installed carpet over time became sagging and began to roll and pucker. It took 3 calls to the Middletown store to get help, each time they promised a call back, nothing! Finally someone got back to me via email, no phone calls. They charged me $125 for the service guy to come out and inspect, he was in the house about 5 minutes. After I followed up 2 times, a proposal was sent via e mail, again no phone call. They wanted over $1000 to fix their own work! Needless to say I didn't accept their proposal. Very disappointing process and result. STAY AWAY.

I recently needed 3/4" hardwood flooring installed in a rental unit I bought last year. I have…read morebeen doing all of the renovations myself and had planned on installing the flooring as well. This project is going for longer than I had anticipated so I got quotes from a few local installers to speed things up. Wood Flooring Masters were by far the most affordable quote and they were willing to work with me on the price since I had already done the demo and subfloor work myself. They also did not mind that I had already taken off the baseboards and therefore more scribing would need needed. I was a little hesitant because I didn't see many reviews on Yelp, but they gave me the link to their office in NYC which has many more reviews and the vast majority of them were positive. The final result looks great. Time will tell if it holds up. But so far so good.
