The sealcoat they use is far and away the best quality I have ever seen. While the initial cost may be higher than those other companies that either drive around and offer a cheap price up front or others that come out to give you an estimate, each time, the seal coat has lasted at least 5 years or more without fading and the next time they came out it still looked almost like they had just seal coated my driveway within the last few months. When you calculate out the initial cost divided by the number of years it lasts, it's way cheaper than the other ones that fade after a year or two that people decide to use those companies because it's cheaper initially. Would highly recommend you give them a chance because once you do, you won't regret it!

It was either going to take over a week to see me, or they wouldn't repair windows that they didn't install. I found Hockessin Homeworks here, and even though they didn't have any reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did. They stopped by the same day, took a look at the window and told me that they thought they could squeeze the job in before the end of the day. Sure enough, they were able to get the rotted wood replaced and the trim put back on & sealed within a few hours. The price was very reasonable. I will 100% be calling them again for repair needs.
