We, as first time home owner, know nothing about asphalt driveway and just trusted him. We paid cash right after the job was done and was happy about the new driveway. But only several months later, we found that grass has grown into our brand new driveway and was about to destroy the whole driveway if we do not do anything about it. Since they completed their work, the steps have settled and caved in to the point where several of the steps have become loose over and over again and the separation between steps continues to get worse and worse. We had these concerns when the project was being done but the company owner said that it would not be a problem even though they did not put any reinforcement in the piling under the finished pavers. We have called the company several times and they say they are now out of business. Also filed a claim with NJ Consumer Affairs and have had terrible time trying to track down the company that provided insurance to Deep Sea Concrete to process a claim. Bottom line is, don't use this company as they are not reliable or accountable for their poor design work.
