I had…read morealready scrubbed all visible mildew from the house a week prior but the owner was insistent on having the entire house cleaned anyway. Since it was a super simple job, he had only to do a cursory attempt at spraying down the house and doing a quick rinse. He didn't mix his chemicals correctly causing a huge chemical smell throughout my home for two days. In addition, the poorly mixed chemicals caused a horrible filming on our already cleaned windows. When we brought the milky windows to his attention after he had left, he needed me to take pictures and send them, as if I was making this up? Once done, he agreed to come back 4 days later. After having to look out of milky windows for this entire time, he fails to show. I called at 5:00 on the appointed day to see if this was still going to happen and he said his day ran late and would send me new dates. With no follow up by the next day and now 5 days into looking at this mess, I re-cleaned the windows my self. You would have thought that having just completed such an easy job on a home that had all the hard work already done for him should have warranted a quick revisit to resolve this issue. I even initially offered to give referrals to my neighbors should anyone ask when he completed the job. That was before we realized what he had done and is certainly no longer the case.

The pricing was fair and reasonable. Rob, the owner, was very responsive and courteous responding to our inquiry. He kindly worked around our schedule and made himself available on the day and time we needed. The gutters cleaning didn't take too long but with lots accomplished - the water flow is back! Check out the before-and-after pics that he took to illustrate how clogged the gutters were. This was an amazing 5-star experience. I get a text during thr evening with poor excuses and promises for an appointment the next day (flag). The landscaper shows up the next day and just starts work. While he is working I ask if he's aware of the hedge requirements and he say no but, he's got me. Seems to me a phone call should have made but, it wasn't. I go back into my home and when I return to outside of my home all of the hedges are trimmed going far beyond my original request. I received nothing in writing about up charges, pricing for services or at least a notification of the additional cost. Oh yeah the worker didn't know the parameters of the job to start with because there was nothing in writing! I paid the agreed upon price via an electronic invoice. Done deal, right ? I later received an additional invoice for over $200 more! Did I mention I'm a senior on a fixed income? Well I'm mention this to Moreno and Rose via text! Response: that's the price, gas and so on.
