On loading day seven guys came and were done with our very full house within about 4.5 hours. Three days later (it was our request to delay delivery and unloading) four of them met us in Vermont and within 6 hours had unloaded everything to the locations in the house that we requested. They were interesting, funny, dedicated, and hardworking. We would highly recommend them and would use them again.

My friend and I live in the same complex and moving to another unit across the parking lot. So, we need her place and my place moved into one space. We have packed everyone up and though we were ready to go. They called me to confirm my move today and spoke with Chris. We went over the items and then the price. He even threw in a free kitchen packing kit and said the guys would help. Cool. He also gave me discount and I was happy. Kion calls me an hour later asking me to confirm the move. What? I spoke to Chris. We go over things and he tells me we are good to go. I am emailed a confirmation and then see a different price. I call back and speak to him again and he says, oh, that is an estimate but we would be done before that price. Then, I get a call from Mike. He wants to confirm my move and inventory. What the heck? He says his notes are confusing so he wants to check. We go over things, AGAIN. He then tells me that it sounds like more work so, he is going to send 5 guys instead of the original 2 guys and a truck because it's gonna be a big job and that it would take 9-12 hours and double the price that I was told. Umm, what? For a 2 bedroom apartment?? He tells me I can speak to his general manager, Kion. I literally confirmed with him before! I literally start crying because I am already stressed from preparing to move in a timely manner before the 31st. Kion and I speak again and he won't even let me get a word in and trying to say that the numbers Mike estimated are correct and that there is no way it wouldn't be a full day job. I cancelled, he says he will return my deposit and then transfers me to customer care where the guys asks me what can he help me with? You tell me, sir. He hears me out and says he need to speak with Kion to get his perspective and will call back. No one has called. Lesson learned to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Movers Beware!!! My…read moreneighbor moved out this weekend. She rented multiple UHaul pods, and UHaul was to pack the pods and move them to the destination. My neighbor shared with me that 3 days before the move, the "supervisor" who was supposed to oversee the packing of the pods arrived with 2 crew members. The supervisor was clearly under the influence (not alcohol). She called UHaul, and they sent the whole crew home. The day before the move, UHaul sent the same supervisor back to organize the logistics! On the day of the move, I happened to be passing by and observed one of the UHaul mover attempting to wedge a box (appeared to be picture frame) into a pod. Once he realized that the box wouldn't fit, he just dropped the box from about 3 feet high and reached for another box!! I hope whatever is in that dropped box is still intact. I would rather spend more $$ to get a real professional than using UHaul if I ever need a moving service.

I gave her my Virginia State ID that I have had for 6 years in good standing and she was taking photos of it on her old iphone, the manager rudely starts to say "do you have provisional license?" and my girlfriend and cousin were confused as to what that even was, didnt even know that was a thing and said no nicely and laughed it off, my girlfriend then said "i don't even know what the bleep that is" laughingly and she said "do not curse or I will have to kick you off the premises" even though nobody was in the place. my girlfriend apologized and tried to ask if a different driver would be better since that ID did seem to work, and they had attitude, but my cousin simply handed them his ID he has had for 7 years in good standing, they scanned it omce and said "no your IDS arent working" So I continue to ask if they can try in another lighting and they got visibly upset and told us no and they cannot help us and to leave, a customer came in after us and they couldnt scan his ID but still helped him.
