We had originally thought we were going to need it for the full 10 day rental but ended up finishing the project early so we called and they were quick to answer and pick it up for us. There was no hassle and a great deal for the price. I would recommend this company every time!!!

I will tell you after reading this previous review that Chuck that Junk was amazing for us in 2022…read more This prior review is unfortunate because they were terrific when we hired them. I am looking for some more help and searched them out and will be calling them soon. The team came to Dewey Beach prior to a renovation and cleared the house of everything left behind after others took what they wanted....All remaining goods were donated and used or taked to the appropriate place, and dropped for donation. They provided me with receipts from the donations made. It was fast, easy and so helpful. I highly recommend Chuck that Junk!!

I just want to say a huge thank you to John, Q and Power Movers. I bought a commercial freezer…read moreonline and when it was delivered, the driver would not bring it into the house. Curbside delivery only. My fault for not asking about delivery. Lesson learned for me. I called several movers to see if I could get it moved into my basement and most would not do the job. One company came out and took one look at the freezer and said they couldn't do it because it was too big. Mind you I spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with the office explaining how big and heavy it was and was told they could do it, only to be told once they got here, they weren't doing it. But the guys from Power Movers figured out how to get it in and set it up. They were nice, positive and had the can-do spirit. I am very grateful for them and will recommend to anyone I know who needs movers.

This is the worst moving company. They showed up 2 hours after the agreed time. They were pissy…read moredrunk but assured me they were not. Broke my desk, marble top tv stand, damaged multiple walls inside of my new Property. I spoke with Wesly before the movers left regarding the issues and he assured me that he would refund the whole entire move and take care of all the damaged items if we could send photos. Several photos were sent over to the owner and he advised a week later that he will not be reimbursing me. Unless you want your property damaged and to have to deal painting your new home or business and dealing with a liar called Wesley who does not follow through with his word then stay far away from these crooks. Not to mention my wife and I ended up moving more items than the movers did. By dealing with this company I have ended up spending more money in the long run due to their lack of professionalism and training. Great Job Wesly.

**Updating my review after seeing the unprofessional response from owner**…read more 1 star because it's the lowest I can give. Thumbtack said $120 per hour which was the only reason I booked this company. I also submitted photos of all FIVE pieces that needed moving along with a description of what everything was and that it was coming from the top floor of a townhouse, which the app stated I would receive an updated estimate of it were to be different than the $120 as advertised. Days go by, my estimate never changed but when they showed up, he said $350..... so less than 2 hours of work somehow became $350 worth but was advertised as $120 per hour. I was very thorough with my description of the job so I should have been notified in advance that the rate online would be nowhere near what he was planning to charge. This was the first issue. The second issue being that he scratched the hell out of one of my dressers! Didn't say anything, just scratched it up, left and I saw it after I already wasted my money. The third issue is he asked MY permission to take a picture with ME and post it. I gave permission, however, he proceeded to post a whole video showing many things in my dad's house, stuff that had absolutely nothing to do with the move that they never laid a hand on and worst of all, a drive by of the house. My dad is livid this man shared things that had absolutely nothing to do with the move (FALSE ADVERTISING) and HE did not give permission to post his house on instagram and/or belongings in it. The owner presented it as he was interested in a few pieces my dad had build and just wanted a picture of them. Never stated he would be posting his stuff on instagram. My dad does not do instagram, he doesn't do advertising the wrong rate and he definitely doesn't appreciate the unprofessional, nasty response this man left on my other review (which I left a picture of his response attached to this review) Finally, my dad asked them to move something from his basement to garage. I asked him not to and he asked movers anyway. Should have said no if you did not want to move it. No need to be nasty in your reply to my review, lying saying you moved it to a different residence when you didn't. You don't seem to be a very truthful person based on my experience with you and rather than an appropriate response to the review, you proceeded to show who you are, as well as the private message you sent me. Moral of the story is I would not recommend this unprofessional business to anyone because he changed the rate yet had pictures and description of the entire job and should have updated the estimate or declined, scratched up my furniture, posted things he didn't have permission for and then showed his nasty attitude when I simply shared my bad experience with him and his company. Please learn from this experience and try to be more professional with your future jobs and don't private message a dissatisfied customer a gross message that they could very well share with their review as well.

As a professional home stager, my clients are always in need of a carpet cleaning company. When…read morethey tell me they are going to call the most commonly used (read: cheapest) one, I always stop them immediately. I explain to them how this company is a "turn and burn" and don't spend the time necessary to properly clean their carpets. Then, I tell them to call Marling's. They are on time, properly clean the carpets, spending time to work on stains (unlike the other place) and ensure that the client is happy before leaving. All my clients love them and I even use them for my home. They do an amazing job cleaning the rugs we use for staging and have a quick turn around time. Marling's is the only carpet cleaner we use and we recommend them several times a week.
