They were able to answer every single one of my questions (and I had a lot!!) On the day of our delivery, the driver called and gave us a heads up that he was coming. He got there in a timely manner, was super professional and very nice! We had originally thought we were going to need it for the full 10 day rental but ended up finishing the project early so we called and they were quick to answer and pick it up for us. There was no hassle and a great deal for the price. I would recommend this company every time!!!

Clearly deceptive and lying business owner, as the credit company favored me in the dispute, and returned the charge to the business. I was not charged for the delivery of the second dumpster. The credit card company and the BBB was notified after Gail and I spoke several times on the phone, and AFTER she threatened to dump an entire 30 cubic yard dumpster worth of trash on my front lawn. Cheers (= This business is complete trash. Legit, no pun intended. I had so many problems over the course of 1 unfortunate month dealing with them, I'm impressed. Kudos to Gail who is just about the only one to answer the phones, because this experience was impressive (impressively horrible). Got off the phone the first time I called and thought it was awesome that they provided free pick up and re-delivery once the dumpster is full. Well, that's what she told me on the phone. So I go to have the first dumpster removed since it was full. I made it very clear I wanted the dumpster returned, because my project wasn't finished. I told them I wanted the driver to call me, so I could also ensure this was done. Flash forward a day, no phone call, and the dumpster was taken away and not returned. Shocker. A week later, I am charged the same amount I originally was. Very confusing, since this was supposed to be free right? Well, this lady likes to lie, so I shouldn't have been surprised. The original cost also includes 10 days of rental, so I should be given 10 extra day with the dumpster too. Very confusing business model they run here. Best part about it all, she got so upset that I called her out on her deceptive business practices, she threatened to dump the ENTIRE contents on my front yard and drive away. Kudos, truly great customer service. Guess she didn't like being called a liar, but it's hard to contest that. She told me the dumpster would be picked up on a Tuesday. I get home from work tuesday night, and it's still out front. No other way to describe this lady other than a liar. Do business with them at your own risk. If only there was a way to throw their whole business in the dumpster too.
