Do not use this service. They refuse to accept Zelle, Venmo payments. They wanted Apple Pay payments only and they did not have a reader. They would not provide an invoice for their service. They proceeded to clean my carpeting and then dump all of the dirt back on the carpeting when payment could not be made at the very time of service. Unprofessional. read more

We were very happy with service provided by Gatewood Carpets. We had three area rugs and two couches scheduled to be cleaned as well as our neighbor's main floor carpets. Their rates were very reasonable (we called several places). Gatewood called us to let us know they would be on time. They arrived and started cleaning our fairly dirty couch (we have three young boys). We were impressed by the care that they took in getting the couch cleaned. They were more concerned with cleaning the couch than getting the job done quickly. During the process we added our carpeted stairs and another runner area rug. We were most impressed by Gatewood's desire to do excellent work (a rare thing today). They were not able to get an area of our couch to meet their standards of cleanliness (we were satisfied with the work) so they did not charge us for the additional stairs and runner that we would have gladly paid for.
