5 Star review. We met Alex via a trusted recommendation. The entire process was extremely professional. Communication was excellent. The process started with a review and walk through of our kitchen and bathrooms. An invoice followed. The cost of the job (kitchen tile and shower/tub cleaning and regrouting) was in line with expectations. We were then added to his schedule. Alex arrived both days on-time and left before dinner. He is detailed oriented, mindful of keeping his equipment out of the way and making sure that the job was done correctly the first time. No need for touch ups after the fact. We had Ed & Alex come out to redo all of our hotel bathrooms. He had completed all 100 rooms bathrooms and did a wonderful job. Our customers love our bathrooms in the guest rooms and had no issues ever since. They did a terrific job at the Wingate by Wyndham Hotel in Las Colinas and I will be recommending him to the other hotels we will have on our portfolio in the future. Alex did amazing work for us! 5 Stars!!!! Alex tackled a difficult refresh of very large master bathroom with tilework everywhere. He steam cleaned everything, removed and replaced failing grout and caulk. He worked his tail off so our downtime was limited. The room looks like brand new construction - fantastic craftsman! Highly recommend him for any project you have (once he finishes work in our kitchen and guest bathrooms). read more

I saw a review on the Next door app. I saw some before and after photos and was amazed at the finished product. I needed my shower regrouted and had a few mold spots in the grout. I called Alex and he was very responsive, came out and explained everything that he does( from sanitizing to regrouting). He was reasonable priced and I had him do the job. End result- amazing!!!
