We discussed by message what I'd need. He had a scheduler contact me and I gave some dates I could have this done. I didn't hear anything back until I got a text telling me one person was coming in 30 minutes on one of the days I said were fine. It was later in the afternoon, too. Wait? A deep clean with one person in the afternoon? Not going to work. After some back and forth with the scheduler, where I just ended up saying "Please have Rodney call me" a few times, the individual was cancelled. Rodney called me promptly. He was great, he saw where the confusion was, understood what I needed, sent me an easy payment link and we scheduled two people to come out for a deep clean promptly. Jalil and Ayla were amazing. They did a great job and were kind and friendly to my father as well. I then scheduled a weekly cleaning with Hughes, again it was Jalil and Ayla, they were once again fantastic, my house looks great and they were again kind to my dad, who I think deliberately is home so that he can visit with his friend Jalil, who, to his credit, just kept cleaning as he was listening to my dad's stories. Last month I texted them saying that I have 6 gifted sessions and that was the 5th one. They texted back saying " okay :) ". The client should not see the invoice needs to be paid, when it is a gift -even if the invoice was not sent to me, but the gifter. [END EDIT] I was gifted 6 sessions of cleaning and have utilized Martha's Cleaning for the last 6 months as I have them come monthly. The cleaners are very nice and always do a good job. They don't speak English well, but they use a translator app to speak with you. There's been a few times that the cleaning wasn't exactly perfect so I've asked them to go over a certain spot/area, and they're always friendly and happy to do so and will clean what ever you ask them to. I 100% agree with the previous review from Jonathan P - they are never on time. They are consistently 10-30 minutes late, usually more about 10-20 minutes late. However, for someone with a strict schedule - I take that very seriously and it inconveniences me. I plan my entire life and work schedule to the minute. I may leave a prior engagement at a certain time, in order to meet the cleaners. It's extremely disrespectful of my time to be late as that's a waste of me time and I could have stayed at my prior engagements longer. At least 50% of the time, meaning at least 3 of the 6 appointments I've had - they call or text me the day of, asking if we can reschedule for a different time. They are friendly when I say no, and tell me " no problem, we'll be there at your scheduled time" - but I find it extremely unprofessional to ask a client to change their schedule when I book my appointments weeks in advance. Today was my last cleaning of the gifted services. This morning they texted at 10am and asked if the cleaners could come at noon instead of 3. I said no one would be home until 3, they texted back " ok no problem :)". Then I received a call a few hours later asking if the cleaners could come at 5. I was pretty upset and asked him why do I have to change my schedule when I scheduled weeks ago. He then replied " oh it's okay if you can't we're just checking. We can still come at 3". All these encounters really rub me the wrong way and as a client I do not feel my time is respected. We make appointments for a reason, a company should adhere to them and respect their client's schedule and time. All these calls added stress to my life and work day in trying to consider rescheduling with them. Overall, I was happy with the individual cleaners that come through, solid 4/5 stars. Unfortunately my encounters of attempting to reschedule with management has been a 2/5 stars and still makes me extremely upset when I think about it.

Once she entered my home, she and her sister cleaned my entire house from top to bottom (inside and outside cabinets, fridge, stove, oven, mopped floors, etc.).
