This company continues to amaze me! Our first experience with Top 2 Bottom was when they came in…read moreand provided a deep clean in anticipation of our firstborn child. We wanted to make sure the house was pristine when we brought him home, and WOW did they deliver! Even though we were cutting it close, they were willing to work out their schedule to accommodate us in time, which was a real lifesaver because my son arrived almost two weeks early! We've continued with their service for about a year now, and they've been consistently wonderful, not only in terms of the quality of the clean but also in terms of the interpersonal engagements with Jenn, the owner, as well as her entire team. Our schedule sometimes calls for some extra flexibility, which Jenn's team is always able to accommodate, and no matter which members of the team end up on our schedule we know we're in good hands. Recently, Jenn and her partner Jerry came along on our cleaning as they orientating a couple recent additions to the team. From my home office, I could hear Jerry giving guidance and tips and was impressed with the little addition insights and touches that Top 2 Bottom brings to the process. Towards the end of the cleaning, I took the dogs for a walk and carried them up to a bathroom to dry their feet since I wanted to maintain the perfect clean. While I was toweling off their feet, my eye was drawn to the shower in a way you'd only see in a movie or a meme; it was mostly behind me, but out of the corner of my eye the shine of the clean struck me. It was such a simple thing but WOW it really blew me away how bright and clean the grout was. When I headed to the nursery, I found a great surprise which I snapped a photo of and was about to send to my wife when I realized I should let her discover it for herself. I had a work engagement that evening, and was en route when I got the call from my wife. Our son's Mickey and Minnie Mouse had been staged to look like they were reading together in the nursery chair. It was the sort of "surprise and delight" touch that Disney World itself aspires to, and it really did surprise and delight my wife. Our dimmable lighting had been set to pleasing levels throughout the house, and as always the cleaning was just perfect. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough!

BE ADVISED: I am…read moreextremely disappointed with my recent experience with BrightNest Cleaning. I scheduled a standard cleaning for $125 with the manager. The cleaner who arrived asked to take photographs of my apartment to share with her manager. Approximately five minutes later, the manager contacted me to inform me that the price would be increased from $125 to $225 for a deep clean, citing the condition of the bathroom. A last-minute price increase after scheduling is unprofessional. Because I canceled they charged me a cancellation fee.I did not receive the cleaning service I originally scheduled and was still charged $50 following the price increase. I found the business practices to be unprofessional and would not recommend this service.

The staff was extremely friendly and trustworthy however the reason for my low review is the cost. They charge a high hourly rate (I think it's around $115/hour) or something crazy like that, and then they will nickel and dime each minute after the first 60 minutes. I decided to give them a try due to the great reviews but I guess my expectations were too high. Let's just say I can clean my house just as well, and save myself $150, which is what I will be doing moving forward. When the staff called to learn about our recent experience, my husband shared his feedback, and it was not well received. Like I said, the staff is fine and nice/trustworthy, but in my opinion this is a rip off and if your house is pretty clean to begin with and you don't mind dusting/swiffering a little then save your $$$.

I could tell she knew what she was doing and super pleasant to talk to. such a happy person. so everything was set for last friday , a whole house deep cleaning surprise gift for my wife . Best part of all, my wife was so surprised . she said she couldn't think of a better more thoughtful gift. We agreed to have them return every other week. So far so good. Highly recommend this company.
