The courier left my brand new sofa sitting out in the rain, leaving me very little time to find a way to get a large 100+ lb couch up four flights of stairs. I called around frantically trying to find a hauling service that offered same-day help, but most tried to make it unbearably expensive and complicated. Joe did the opposite -- he was incredibly kind and understanding and let me know that he could come right over. Within half an hour, he had come over and hauled my new sofa safely upstairs, making sure not to scratch the floors or damage anything in the new place, which was a level of care and precision I definitely haven't seen with other heavy lifting professionals. By the time he left, it started pouring heavily. He basically saved my new sofa from becoming a dirty rainwater mildew factory!
