Mike and Mindy were nothing short of magical and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. They did a whole-house cleanout in a very sensitive situation. From the first phone call to simply inquire about their services, I was provided a wealth of helpful information. I obtained two other estimates and theirs was BY FAR the lowest (half as much in one case). They were also able to start the job the very next day. It went off incredibly smoothly which was due in part to their very generous flexibility to work around our schedule. They did the cleanout while the owner was still on the premises which required skill, compassion, and sensitivity. They were SO careful about separating out items to take for donation rather than to the dump. Donating is such a core value of Mike and Mindy's and it meant so much to the owner to know his possessions weren't just being trashed. I had nightmares thinking how differently it would have gone if a regular junk removal company had simply come in and cleaned out the house without the finesse of Mike and Mindy. I was also blown away by how hard they worked - their strength and focus was incredible, I truly have no idea how they took care of all they did in such a short time! They have an amazing back story and I appreciated how much they shared about their personal lives, it made me feel so good about hiring them. I had a separate family issue going on at the same time which I was really struggling to get through, and they lifted me up in spirit over and over during our time together. I thought I was hiring a junk removal company but instead it turned into a partnership with two incredibly personable, compassionate people who are much more interested in making the lives of their clients better than making money.
