Well this company charged me $69 to come out and fix their mistake. Well luckily I could smell gas. I was informed that it's a usual $125.. WOW..how nice of them.NOW,I've had a small leak from one of the water pipes that's apparently been leaking slowly on top of my brand new water heater.. Now calling on Monday 3/8 to see what kind of scam I get next!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND..EVER! IF THEY CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES AT NO CHARGE,I MAY CHANGE MY REVIEW. UPDATE. I called for an estimate of an oil to gas conversion, install of combi gas boiler and decommission…read moreof oil tank. All in most like a 20k - 25k job. This company does not confirm with you the projected window of time they will arrive until the morning of. Any other service company will schedule the window in advance or at least the day before. I received a call around 8 am and a voicemail noting a tech would be by around 10 - 10:30 am. I call back about 11 minutes later when I saw the missed call, the call center answers and I leave a message confirming I am home. I call back shortly thereafter and speak to someone in the office to confirm that I am home. Around 11:30 am, 1 hour after someone was supposed to show up, I receive a text saying I was next and please confirm I am home. I have confirmed twice at this point but within 3 minutes I respond saying yes I am home. The response I get is the tech was already sent somewhere else but I would be next. Why didn't they text me first thing in the morning? I had confirmed repeatedly I was home waiting. At that point I cancelled. Poor customer service before the tech even arrived.

Andrew and Steve are master craftsman with a keen eye to minute details. I contacted them to…read moreconstruct an interior PA blue stone pad for my new wood stove and also to install stone veneer on two of the walls. Andrew and Steve are not just stone masons and have excellent skills in both interior and exterior construction that comes in handy when the unforeseen glitch pops up. For example they were able to reinforce the floor to support the very heavy weight of the pad and stove. While working in the basement on the floor reinforcement, Andrew noticed that there was a bump in the basement concrete floor that I lamented had been tripping me every time I did the laundry. Without hesitation, he went to his truck for some tools and remedied that rather large bump at no additional charge. Steve is an artisan, and created a real show piece backdrop to the Vermont castings red stove. The pattern and color variation he put forth is truly amazing and far exceeded my expectations. There was one stone that I felt was a little off in color, and they had no pushback, and were completely open to replacing it albeit while the stone had not fully set, but it was obvious their goal was 100% customer satisfaction. The cuts for outlets, windows, and ceilings were flawless and the mortar joints between stones was applied perfectly. I learned that Andrew is a 2nd generation mason, and he and Steve had been training under his dad since they were kids. I had to travel out of town, and had no worries leaving them the keys to finish the job. They are great communicators and completely trust-worthy. When icy cold rain was forecast Andrew called the night before to alert me of the threatening weather and left it that he would revisit the workday in the morning. He called bright and early to "ASK" if we could postpone a day as he would be cutting the stone and mixing mortar outside. I of course agreed. They also coordinated with the stove installers to help wrangle the very heavy stove pad onto the frame they had built. Andrew and Steve are team players and also a great team, with complimentary skills and eyes that truly ensures a beautiful job. They cleaned up every day and left the job, spotless with no debris. They have my highest recommendation and can handle any masonry job at hand. 6 Stars out of 5!!!!!
