One never called back and the other two asked for pictures and description of what was to be removed sent via email. Then sent their estimates (all higher) via email. I didn't use them because my issue changed and I no longer needed removal services.

His phone message said to text him a photo of what needs to be removed, with the address, and I did. SEVEN MINUTES LATER on a Sunday night, I got a text back about his availability! INSTEAD, he surprised me by driving by the next day morning, and I had a price! (The OTHER junk removal places were still waiting to call me.) I said that I'd be at my house at noon, and the OWNER, Jim, was there at 12:10..!
