They were extremely punctual which is a top thing for me when you waiting for someone to come to your home. They gave me a time range and they were there earlier than the appointment. So very impressive! The two gentlemen that arrived were professional and put me at ease from the moment I received the call from Tyler saying they were on their way and it only go better when they arrived. They came with a small pickup and when they saw my face they assured me that they are the professionals that they proclaimed!!!! They staged at the back of the truck and they strategically placed each of the three pieces on the truck and was out of here without fuss or muss. I would definitely call on them again if I need to dump anything else. Heck if they did moving they'd probably be my first call the two guys that represented the company were phenomenal! read more

Tyler from The Junk Pros was the first vendor to reply very promptly to the "Project" I posted on Yelp. All messages to get information/provide details were replied to in a very timely manner and thoroughly. The quote was very competitive to what I received from 2 other vendors and wanted to give him the opportunity as he replied first. Tyler came this morning all alone and honestly, I was not sure if he could manage the haul of the big, commercial desk. Not only did he do this courteously, I learned I should not doubt a professional as he was able to move this big and heavy desk alone from the 2nd floor! He hauled a 2nd rather big desk all with 1 hour. The quote they provided was exactly what I paid and appreciated the fast/clean job Tyler did. Will definitely call him first for any similar job. Thank you Tyler! read more

Very happy with the service I received from The Junk Pros. I reached out for a quote in the morning and they were able to get my removal job completed that same day. Tyler was kind, professional, and easy to communicate with. He provided updates as the previous customer's job was being completed so I would know when to expect his arrival. The pricing was good for what I needed, and the whole process was easy and hassle free. I would 10/10 recommend The Junk Pros and use their service again. read more

Yes. I found The Junk pros on Yelp! It's a family business. I sent a photo of the pile of boxes that the cleaner - Ms OLYVER, who I also found on Yelp left in compact pile as she cleaned and organized my apartment. The Junk Pros called ahead to adjust the time (afternoon traffic was heavy that day, Tyler arrived on time, went right to work, and removed all the boxes for the price we had agreed upon. Tyler is very friendly. Perhaps the most friendly American I have seen throughout my 4 years in U.S. He also offer a competitive price. It is very important for movers to be friendly when you are moving out an apartment as you are likely to cause some minor troubles for others. Will definitely recommend them to friends and anyone I know requiring of a move-out. Thanks! read more
