The quote was very competitive to what I received from 2 other vendors and wanted to give him the opportunity as he replied first. Tyler came this morning all alone and honestly, I was not sure if he could manage the haul of the big, commercial desk. Not only did he do this courteously, I learned I should not doubt a professional as he was able to move this big and heavy desk alone from the 2nd floor! He hauled a 2nd rather big desk all with 1 hour. The quote they provided was exactly what I paid and appreciated the fast/clean job Tyler did. Will definitely call him first for any similar job. Apparently his time is valuable but his customers aren't valuable. He ha yet to refund the money and I have received no response about it. I'm sure I'll get a response from the review blaming me for canceling but like I said he was a no show no text no phone call he couldn't make it i did not cancel on him. I even said ok let's try again and come tomorrow and vacuum. He couldn't give me a quote just said an extra 50 wth does that mean. Reading other reviews I should not have gotten involved with him.
