When I tried to get answers on when they would come back, no one could provide me with any information and just said that the measurements didn't matter and the installation could be completed without measurements, which obviously did not make me feel confident they would do a good job with the installation. I asked to speak with a manager, was put on hold forever, and then told no one was available. I'll be doing a charge back on my card for the deposit since they did not deliver on their end in the slightest and I will start the whole process of finding someone to replace my fence over again. The day after our one-year warranty expired, the gate stopped working completely and Delta would not answer the phone or return calls from members or our community. We had to contact a different company, who showed us that the installation was actually defective as Delta installed a bar that was too short, and as a result could not keep a vital component in place properly. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night. In the last week we've had a break-in to one of our cars, and a criminal on the run attempt to ditch his gun. Thanks Delta!
