I found Ergeon online by googling fencing companies near me. Doing my due diligence I was looking to get 3 estimates. They were my 2nd company I contacted and I had to look no further. Their estimate was so through and well presented including 3 D images of what the fence would look like. The staff was amazing and courteous and very hands on throughout the entire process. Petria Barrow was accommodating with my tweaks to dimensions and fast responsding with up dated quotes. Once we were finished she turned me over to the project manager Karen Velasquez. Let's just say the friendly customer service didn't disappoint. It only got better. Very attentive to my project with nothing but great attitude and positivity. Once the permits were issued they Started the next business day. Started on Monday morning and were completed the job Wednesday afternoon. The craftsmanship on the fence is nothing shy of perfection. Highly recommend this Company! My installers were fantastic! They were very polite, always checked in with me to make sure I was happy during the install and worked extremely hard over two days, sometimes in the rain to install my new fence! Before the installation I walked through the yard with Manuel and explained to him my concern for my dogs and not getting out. He reassured me that he would make sure the fence would be installed correctly and assured me that there would be no gaps for that to happen. After the work was completed, Manuel walked me through the entire installation, showing me the details of the work and always checking to see if I approved or not. Once we completed the final walk through, he let me know that if later something came up that needed attention to please call and he would make sure it was addresses as soon as possible. I wanted to get a fence put on my property because we got a dog and we didn't want her to get out , I wanted 3 estimates from different fence companies, Ironically I found Ergeon on FB and I reached out and Maria my coordinator got the ball rolling for me BTW Ergeon was the only company that responded with an Estimate it seemed reasonable because I didn't need my whole property just the front done. I decided to go with Ergeon I put the deposit down and they told me how far out they could get it done which was 3 weeks but the work was completed before that , a week before that Javier the installer came by and did a walk through marking spots, all I can say is that they kept me in the loop by text and kept me up to date with what was going on , he installed the fence on 10/31 and it's perfect! I used Yelp to request some fence/gate quotes for a fence in my backyard. Kelly was quick to respond and answered a couple of questions. Ergeon is using technolgy to thier advantge and instead of having a estimatior come out to you they schedule a Google Meets call. You walk them through what you want to have done via video, give them some dimensions and they do thier calculation magic. I had an estimate within 2 days. The quote was a mock up of what the fence and gate woul like like with the costs and delviery time frame broken out. Sadly I chose not to use them for my fence as availibilty was one of my determing factors in choosing a fence contractor. After making several calls to different fencing companies and not getting any response we finally were able to get 3 quotes all of which were a little expensive. My neighbor told me about this company Ergoen. I reached out to them and left my name and number. About 15 minutes later I received a call from Troy who was very nice and professional. Not only did he answer all of my questions he did a whole virtual walkthrough with me of my property and mapped out what area I wanted to place the fence using satellite imagery. After verifying exactly what I wanted and going over the process he then sent me an email with a quote within the hour. I submitted an email on 10/7 to Ergeon requesting a quote for a fence in my backyard. On 10/8 I received a phone call from Troy, in response to my email. Troy responded to my email in a timely manner and handled himself extremely professional. Troy was able to gather all the information on my property via satellite imaging and view my property boundaries through real-time video on my smartphone. This process was extremely convenient and very efficient. I've collected several quotes from other fencing companies and not one was this convenient. So far I am very impressed with Ergeon. Every step of the process for getting our backyard in the city of Philadelphia fenced in has been effortless thus far. When I called expressing interest my call was fielded by a more centralized rep who got me in contact with someone from the Philadelphia branch within 10 minutes (they called me so I didn't have to wait on hold). Once they called me they set up for a local rep to come an see the property within the week. After that I was contacted by Kelly who sent a detailed quote which was very reasonable. We had a few notes on the initial mockup and she was very helpful with assisting in that and promptly sent a new quote. There were a few hiccups on the way to completion,but the project manager was there to help and things were cleared up with the contractor installer. I was very satisfied at the end ....they were prompt and cleaned up the entire area after installation.We did a walk-through, and they answered all of my concerns and questions to my satisfaction.
