Our community paid this company 12 grand to install a retractable gate for our parking lot. After several breakdowns within the first few weeks of operation, they would send subcontractors to fix it who would often no-show for the appointments. The day after our one-year warranty expired, the gate stopped working completely and Delta would not answer the phone or return calls from members or our community. We had to contact a different company, who showed us that the installation was actually defective as Delta installed a bar that was too short, and as a result could not keep a vital component in place properly. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night. In the last week we've had a break-in to one of our cars, and a criminal on the run attempt to ditch his gun. Thanks Delta! read more

It took us three years to find reliable people to take on the project of repairing and rebuilding our balconies. Coby not only called me back within hours of my first phone call, he also sat on the phone with me for almost an hour as I shared pictures via texts of our project. He drew up a proposal and split the jobs into two parts in case we wanted to hire someone else for a section and his quote was very reasonable (we had two other quotes within the same range and that was without the iron railings). He was extremely responsive via text and once we received the quote- he then scheduled a call with us to go over the quote and scope of work. He arrived on the job the very week he said he would and was finished within 2.5 days. They are reliable, respectful, talented and we would hire them again without question. read more

Would not recommend. Poor customer service and refusing to take accountability. They installed a gate for our shared HOA lot. We discovered recently (since gate is broken) that they did not use proper parts. Gate is now broken just over a year of use. They will not come and repair even though it was not done properly to begin with. LOOK ELSEWHERE and avoid giving delta your $ unless you want half ass jobs. read more

Mine was not a particularly big job, but it was an important job for us. Delta Iron Works installed a sliding gate operator on our existing backyard/driveway gate. They honored a quote from 12 months ago, and showed up promptly to install the gate. They responded quickly to a few minor adjustments which were to be expected during the first week, and since then, it has worked like a champ. I only wish I had met them when I was building this house, as finding a company to do the other iron work was a struggle as so many other companies don't seem to have insurance. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. read more

This has been a hectic day we just purchased a building in the Kensington section of the city and I had needed some help with putting a security gate and fixing a basement door Dan was great he was here in less than 15 minutes from my initial phone call and helped us secure the door at a reasonable price I would def recommended him to anyone fast and prompt. Thanks Charles read more

Dan is a LIAR and a FRAUD!!! I have been trying to reach him for MONTHS now to come and repair the rolling gate in our house - the gate isnt even a year old and its covered in rust, including both bracing posts, it squeaks & clunks so badly the entire block can hear it and is soooo slow going up/ down thats its more medieval than modern, so despite the "quality workmanship & materials" they claim on their website, the gate we got is completely cheap crap - and this is AFTER he supposedly painted it with a "special" rustoleum paint! trying to reach him is next to impossible (neither his cell nor the number given on the website for 24-hr contact regarding installation/repairs have voicemail options), and when, by some small miracle, after calling & calling & calling, he did pick up, i got nothing but excuses (just came back from vacation, came back from israel, etc etc) with assurances to come (early next wk, if not thurs, the DEFINITELY fri), but guess what, he NEVER SHOWED, and after PROMISING FOR SURE that he would be there his past friday, he just disappeared! sent me a text asking if i was home (mind u, this was after 4pm, and the whole day wasted waiting & calling & texting with no response!) and when i texted back yes, i was waiting for him, he didnt even bother to show up at all & all phone calls/texts after that he just ignored! he's quick to take ur money, but will con u after that so beware of this crook's scam! im actually going to follow up and report him to the Better Business Bureau & Consumer Affairs office and getting a lawyer to pursue legal action - this gate should still be under warranty and i should have the right to have it repaired properly before it stops working altogether & im stuck & cant get the car out of the garage - Dan knows this, I have pleaded with him via text soooo many times, but he just doesnt care about his customers or his work after he cashes the check! read more

Delta Gates did a good job putting our rolling gate up but the spring broke a few months later. After an original conversation, they will not get back to me to fix the gate. If they came to fix it I would gladly raise my rating! read more

Delta Iron Works did a great job making our iron railings and installing them in our new home. Everything was done with professionalism. I highly recommend their services. read more

Dan does fantastic welding work and is really creative and thoughtful about gate options. Really felt like working with a partner instead of a vendor. Would recommend him to anyone! You can check out some of his work down at Franklin Square during the summer where we used his gates for the Music Box installation for Mural Arts. Beautiful work, Dan! Thanks again for takin such good care of us! read more

Installed a gate in our private home driveway in May 2018. Was very responsive and did the job quickly and was good about communication. We had no problems with the gate until February of this year. The post from the swinging arm slowly tilted over time and now it is getting stuck. I contacted the company and Daniel, who did our install multiple times. He continually said he would come fix it but never showed. Eventually he stopped responding. The gate is still broken and I have not heard from them in weeks. We spent over $4000 for less than a year of functionality. I do NOT recommend this company. They are only about taking your money and not about service, professionalism or a good reputation. I would give them zero stars if I could. read more

I own a small commercial gated property on Front St. in Philadelphia, and I was referred to Delta Gate Solutions by a locksmith that was helping me at the time. The owner of the company arrived the day I asked, with a worker by his side, in about an hour. He fixed the chain on my gate very quickly and professionally; when extra work was needed with extra parts, instead of making me pay ahead of time, he ordered the parts on him. A few days later, he came with those parts, and finished the necessary repairs. He was very professional, quick, friendly, and he had great customer service. His prices were very reasonable and affordable. I would highly recommend him Delta Gate Solutions to many. read more

Delta continually has been helpful with our roll up gate needs. With a shared parking space our gate is used many times a day. There have been occurrences where cars have damaged sensors by accidentally hitting them with their cars. Little known to myself that causes the gate to not function. Delta quickly came out and fixed the issue within 24 hours. They also help fix issues for normal wear/tear and maintenance of the gates. Dan is also a pleasure to work with. Our HOA has been working with them for 2 years now and we still recommend for business or personal gate needs. read more

I work at the nail supply store called New World Nail Supply on Washington Ave in Philadelphia, PA. The store's gates have been damaged for awhile and they also remained crooked and it was difficult to pull them down when it came time to close the shop. One of the gates that we had ended up being stuck and lopsided but we quickly contacted Delta Gates Solution. They were able to arrive and fix the solution in a timely manner. Three guys came to replace the spring in the gate and they also helped us oil the gate (in addition to the other gates) so that it wasn't difficult to pull down. Any questions that I had were answered and I received the invoice through my email when they were finished with the job. The price was incredibly reasonable and the service was amazing overall. I would definitely recommend them to businesses within the area! read more

These guys are amazing, I called them at 10 o'clock at night to come out for an emergency repair at 6:30 in the morning. Dan was very helpful and accommodating and took care of the problem first thing. They were reasonably priced and I will definitely use them again if I ever need to. read more

Doron installed a gate in our parking lot over the summer and came back once when there was an issue a day after it was installed. Since then, we have had a few issues that were caused by the way the gate was installed. When we reached out to Doron to come fix them, he didn't answer calls, emails or anything. He completely dropped off the map. We had to pay another gate company for a service call. Delta is cheaper than their competition, and now we know why. read more

The company replaced my stores gate motor but the gate goes up and down crooked. Also did not wire back the inside button to open and close the gate. They keep saying someone will be out but every time nobody shows up. I had the attendant pay them in full in cash but when I arrived the same day I realized the issue and gave them a call. I guess once have the payment in full they don't care anymore. read more
