When you decide on Bander you are getting a contractor not a handyman. His prices are fair and competitive for a contractor. I am emphasizing this because people are concerned about cost. My experience with the company is that they keep their word, they cleaned up after they were finished and they did excellent work. Well worth the money. Before finding Bander I was having the hardest time finding someone who wanted to do a brick wall others try to sell me on a block wall. However the biggest set back was no other company wanted to work with me because of my neighbor. Literally one guy give me the 50% deposit back and told me he didn't need the headache. I explained all this to Mike and he was up for the challenge. He told me his company has 30 years of experience and he was use to dealing with all types of situations. Mike was very professional and the actual work took about 3 days not including the days it was raining . I got a brick retaining wall built and my concrete deck was sinking, that was rebuilt. On March, 2022 I called Bander to do pointing work for me and to give me a free estimate, so Mike came over to see me and I told him about my problem and that I needed pointing work done on my outside wall because of water damage done on my kitchen wall. I was impressed by his professional way he addressed the problem to me, so I hired him on the spot. His guys came over to do the job the next day, but there was a problem with one of the workers so he sent them out to see me the following day and to my surprise they were finished in about a few hours. My steps were beginning to develop large cracks and I knew it would probably get worse. I called Bander after searching the internet for cement workers near me and after reading the reviews I decided to use this company. I had a sidewalk block fully replaced, most of my crumbling curb replaced, an alley wall scraped and cemented, and brick pointing done on the front and back of my house. 07/11/2019 I give Bander Cement 5 stars because they do excellent work. I had pointing done on my house (beautiful job) and the guys were kind enough to fix the bricks on my chimney ( no charge) because it needed to be done. Outstanding job. They replaced my front steps. It is amazing how perfect these 6 replaced steps look. You would never know that they were completely destroyed prior to being fixed.
