I was getting water in my basement and Barry was tasked with remedying this problem. From my perspective it seemed like a complex problem for him that needed some process of elimination to fix. I signed a contract and gave him 12k in installments as the job was being finished. This was August of 2021. He did the first part of this job in September of 2021, completed that contract in about a month but didn't fill back in the holes that he dug in the street for ages. I also discovered that the work that he did didn't actually fully stop the leak. He would feed me excuses about how he was busy and keep putting me off. He also installed a sump pump I didn't actually need because the problem was the old pipes that were cracked and broken at the front and back of the house. He would promise to come back and fix the leak "immediately" and then not show up. This went on throughout 2022. I signed a new contract in June 2022 so that he could fix the curb trap and the pipe feeding into the street. There has been a hole in the sidewalk of my house and in my garden since then. He uses various excuses to not come and finish the job, and now he isn't returning my phone calls at all. I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I absolutely believe all the other reviews here I can see how he would easilty get defensive and verbally abusive. Do not give these people your business.

They splashed concrete all over my siding and landscaping. Although they offered a 5 year warrant, they refused to respond to my phone calls when my apron started pitting and flaking and I developed numerous cracks in my slabs after the 1st winter. Poured concrete on a day projected to rain, which it did. They covered everything with plastic sheets and the finish was ruined. Very poor quality of finish work it looks awful. Parts of the wooden frames were never removed and I had to pay someone to come out to fill in large holes left all around the entire driveway. I am now in the process of having my apron and 2 large slabs removed and replaced due to extreme cracking - at significant cost to repair a driveway that is about 1 year old. After numerous unanswered calls, I was told via message that the family was in bereavement for the past year. Zero contact or responses to any of my calls. The price was right by me and they came out on the date I needed them which was within a week of the estimate. They came out and completed the work at a reasonable time frame and we're very friendly answering questions and taking additional requests. I have a few more trees I need gone next year and I'll be contacting them again.
