The price was reasonable. The work was well done and completed within a day. They cleaned up before leaving as well.

I reached out to Bander after speaking to another contractor that took weeks to get back to me…read moreevery time I tried to communicate with him. His quote was also much higher than what Bander offered and in my opinion he wanted to do a lot of unnecessary work for my situation. The issue I had was mortar erosion between bricks on a home I just purchased recently. When I called Bander my call was answered immediately and all communication thereafter was timely. When I first called, I spoke to Mike who got me scheduled for an estimate. Mike was able to come to my property quickly and was on time. Mike was very professional and took time to go over the work needing to be done. The price he quoted me was very fair and I put down the required deposit and told him to go ahead and put me on the schedule. I was told that it would be a few weeks before they could come do the work which was fine. I was actually scheduled much sooner than I thought I would be. The work done went above and beyond anything I was expecting. Since we had agreed to only fix the problem areas lacking mortar between bricks I thought only the really bad spots would be fixed. That said, everything that even looked like it needed work was tended to and the job was so good that all the repairs they did blend in very well with what was already there. The work done was very meticulous and attention was given to every detail. Once the work was completed great care was taken to clean up the area as well. Overall I am extremely happy with the work done by Bander and will definitely contact them in the future for more work when the time comes.

I hired the Alston team to give my house a facelift last summer. They did a stucco brick face on…read morethe front and regular stucco on the back. When they were done, it looked like a whole different house. Its beautiful and I'm more than satisfied with how it turned out. I have a 100 year old brick townhouse in Philadelphia and the brick was crumbling when I started to work on it myself. For those that don't want to lose the historic look of a brick home but can't afford to have it repointed, this is the best solution. You would never know that the brick front wasn't original. The work was done quickly and the final product is stunning. I wold recommend getting work from Alston Stucco to anyone I know. See the photos of my red brick home in the photos section.

Zack came out to quote a chimney stucco repair. We signed a work agreement for $5500 and I gave him…read morea $500 check. Later that same evening, he texted that he showed the pictures to his partner and they "needed" another $1000 to complete the job. I responded that for $1000 more, I wanted to get other quotes prior to proceeding. I did get another quote from a stucco guy highly recommended by my builder for $3500. Texted Zack back, saying I wasn't comfortable working with someone who changes their price after a signed agreement. Said he could keep travel expenses and return the rest of the deposit. He claimed he had already bought all the supplies. Who buys supplies when they are told the job was on hold? Anyway, they are evidently going to keep my $500. Fine, I have a stucco guy I can trust and am still $1500 ahead.
