Areas of the lawn were totally missed, the cut was uneven, gouges were present in the lawn, clipping were sprayed over our landscaping, deck and patio, many areas that get trimmed with the weed wacker were totally missed, it was a mess. We contacted Matt to complain. Instead of coming over to inspect the job his worker did and do what was need to make it right, his answer was "We cut 43 lawns this week and you are the only one to complain, I send you the bill and we will not be cutting your lawn any longer, goodbye". So, If you are the type of person that is satisfied with bad to mediocre work then Matt's Lawn Care is for you. I had to finally tell them to stop. Their attempt at remediation was to put them down some top soil and grass seed. No straw, not enough top soil, not enough care. Everything got washed away the next time it rained. The ruts remain and were bare until weeds grew in. I called them repeatedly to fix the lawn and they have ignored my phone calls and attempts to contact them online. I was quoted $2500 to fix the lawn. And I have filed a BBB complaint in the meantime.

I also had some work done on my garage floor. Mike Sr quoted me one price, then tried to charge me 71% more on the basis that he did more work that what was agreed upon. Nothing was in writing. Foolish me. He never asked if I would agree to the additional work and only on the last day did he say that I owed him more money for additional work. I think this company is the worst company that I have ever done business with. I guess that I will have to find another paving company to see if they can fix the driveway mess. We've been battling water leakage in our living room for years. We've had several contractors…read more(roofing, window, etc) try to find the source of the problem to no avail. Ultimately they suggested it could be a problem with the stones in the wall. Disciple came out, recommended a strategy of replacing a couple of stones, re-pointing the rest of the area and applying sealant over the whole section. Work was scheduled promptly. The guys were very friendly and professional. The job was finished within 10 days (mortar needed to cure before sealant could be applied) and it looks great. Now we have to wait for a horrific rainstorm to see if that solves the problem.

Very frustrating as it's raining a lot lately and we want our external stucco wall repaired before any water damage occurs. I guess maybe they don't need my business?
