After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Peter came out almost immediately after my initial reach out. He provided his work number and cell phone number for me to get a quick response for any of my immediate landscaping inquiries. I was and continue to be extremely impressed with Peter's willingness to restore our front yard, provide consistent support, and timeliness of his services. And restore is almost an understatement. This project required a lengthy amount of task which included: grading (leveling) the entire front yard; safely filling in a sizeable trench located beneath and in front of porch steps; seed entire front yard; lift and restore stability of front porch steps; and installing new blue stone walkway. Without a doubt, I highly recommend McFarland Tree, Landscape & Hardscape Services for all of your landscaping and hardscaping needs. They missed the original date they were supposed to come and start the project. They damaged my neighbors tree and denied they did the damage. The foreman was very pleasant during the initial visit to sell the services but had an attitude when I felt some more tree trimming was required on one of the trees. I could go into more detail but it is not worth the effort. The bottom line I would not recommend them.
