Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. Chad promised that he would be performing the work, himself. However, he outsourced the job to inexperienced laborers. Their work was shoddy and incomplete. After the initial consultation, Chad never returned to inspect their work. I spoke with Chad on the phone, twice, to discuss my dissatisfaction. He promised to return to complete the job. However, he never did. I've sent him many emails and text messages as reminders. A few times, Chad even promised to send me a refund. That was seven months ago. I am still waiting for my money. I have the documentation ready to prove all of these claims.
