It arrived in time, three large bags, but it was flawed from the beginning, thoroughly soaked and dirty and, worse I couldn't get it to burn in my wood stove. I assumed it was dug up in haste from a bog and unfortunately made its way to my doorstep. I shared this situation with Phil via text; he said he would check it out personally, but he was swamped with orders pending the arriving storm. I assumed I would not hear back--a typical contractor's ploy in Philly--but then did several days after the snowstorm, Phil offering three bags as replacement and an additional one as compensation. I said one bag of firewood was enough, you have a business to run without giving away free material, and, besides, three bags would be a form of punishment for an honest mistake.
