Guess what he was doing? Yep, talking on his cell phone. Many cars honked at him, and of course, he seems to need to honk back. Unfortunately, there were no police cars in the area to pull him over. If this the etiquette in how they conduct themselves on the road, I shudder at how they do their jobs.

They also exhibit clear favoritism between me and my neighbors where they do a better job on the surrounding properties but not mine. Spring clean up is about $3200 for a half acre. Leaf removal $600 absolutely ridiculous. Oh and they show up to your house when they want to not when y oh ask them to.
