Only con was would have preferred for worker to have gas or battery operated tools and NOT have to use the electricity from the house. Second visit did not go as planned. Called & text Shad's A1 to make another appointment for a specific day. He responded back by text with a time. I confirmed back ok. Shad A1 was a no call/no show for my 2nd appointment. Chad promised that he would be performing the work, himself. However, he outsourced the job to inexperienced laborers. Their work was shoddy and incomplete. After the initial consultation, Chad never returned to inspect their work. I spoke with Chad on the phone, twice, to discuss my dissatisfaction. He promised to return to complete the job. However, he never did. I've sent him many emails and text messages as reminders. A few times, Chad even promised to send me a refund. That was seven months ago. I am still waiting for my money.
