He came the next day around noon to see the trees. There are 8 trees on my property and all of them needs to be trimmed and pruned. His price was very fair and reasonable, l know because other companies I called was higher then Bob. My wife and I decided to just do 3 trees for now because we just spent all our money on the house. Bob came to our house the next morning with Andy and a giant truck to cut and pruned the 3 trees we had agreed too do. They came and started the work right away. Andy was doing the climbing and cutting and Bob was collecting and clearing the limbs and branches. After the job was done they raked up all the leaves on the ground and put in their truck. There was no mess or cleanups for me to do. I highly recommend Bob Koch to anyone who need there trees trimmed and cut. They are very hard working and the friendlious people you will ever meet.

My cameras caught them blowing everything from the street into my yard, they also caught them slicing off branch wood rounds and throwing them from the trees at ground crew running into my yard and driveway. They moved 9 cans of my cans for trash pickup back in my yard and also didn't put them back. The manager was to send the crew back out in 20 mins, even admitted they shouldn't of did that. I also tried to get the owner on the phone and the manager said he's too busy, he handles the crews. I waited, no show. I called again at 7:13pm to follow up. He said im on another call I'll call you in 2 mins. I again waited till 8:10. Now im getting vm. So I left a message telling him I am now going to approach the neighbors if they dont come out in the morning and clean up their trash they blew and threw into my yard. And I will blast them on social media and review sites. No show. So I talked to both neighbors who are going to call and complain as well about them doing this to me. They left several large chunks of trunk (2 1/2 feet by 4' long) and said their saw chain broke but "don't worry they'll be back". They are still there. The biggest. most damaging problem is that instead of removing the fallen tree, they dumped a huge pile of trunk sections down an embankment at the rear of my property, then hid them with leafy branches. Joe took 3 weeks to return my call, and 2 months to come out and look at the problem. When he came out he said he didn't know what to do, but he'd call a guy. He came out with the guy, but they've never been back. He got sick. He got hurt. He was in rehab. Now, Joe does not seem to have a physical address where he can be reached, as my lawyer has tried. His website lists Elkins Park, but that is for a condo, where he has no connection for many years. There are many more reliable tree cutters than Joe Hughes Executive Branch- try someone else.

He used a pole pruner for a lot of the work and then used a bucket truck to prune near the top of the tree. He took his time and the tree looks really beautiful. Being a Certified Arborist which is very important, he put my mind at ease that the job would be done professionally. Clean up was not only beautiful on our property but he also made sure to get all the cuttings from the inside of the tree. Tree Lion's price was very reasonable and Sven was great to work with.
