Once a year they provide a free seeding which is one of the reasons we continue to use them. We really feel this keeps our lawn looking optimal year after year. We had the aeration done once which really helped that first seeding to establish. A testiment to the quality at Green-Up is that when we bought our home, the previous owners did not maintain the lawn. There was mostly mud in our back yard, not much grass. John and his crew did so much work to our lawn that first year and within several months we had nice thick grass, no weeds, and the yard became usable. Over the last couple of years each year the lawn has become even more beautiful. Right now it's PERFECT and we could not be happier. Also, the price cannot be beat. I get a lot of calls selling the same service and I always humor the company and let them quote me a price per treatment. It is always insanely more expensive than Green Up and I just can't imagine being more satisfied than we are with Green Up. Glad we found them.

Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I am the friendliest human ever and was so incredibly nice about this and asking. Then once i walked back to my car to see if a manager could help bc i literally just wanted someone to show me which plants were what price wise/pot size wise. I genuinely was asking nicely. The girl who answered said the manager wasn't there and i asked if she could tell me when the manager would be in because i had questions about charges. She hung up on me. So i walked into the actual building where i asked for the manager, the girl walked over to the manager and he looked at me, she returned saying he didn't want to speak to me. It was the weirdest experience ive ever had there and it was kind of enough to put me off for good. I can spend thousands every year on florals and landscaping and bird items, anywhere.
