They were able to access the tree without going on the neighbors property, even though I had the neighbors permission to do so. They did a beautiful job of taking off the offending limbs on my side without destroying the shape of the tree. While they were here on the second job, I mentioned that I felt that my front yard tree could have used a little more removal of the chipping. They promptly went out front and did so.
