Advanced Tree Care is the best! We had a tree come down onto our driveway in a really bad early summer storm and they were here the next day to remove it. It was INSANE how fast they got it cleaned up! They also came back yesterday to remove some remaining debris that came down with the tree (tons of vines pulled other brush and limbs from other trees down) and they did a great job on that as well. I worked with Aaron throughout the entire process and he was a pleasure to work with. I was able to get an estimate from him via text and he was responsive to all of my messages throughout the entire process. Dead wooded the Japanese maple and the Douglas Fir. The latter had a cable attached to a forked area in the trunk. On in the front and one in the back. Arrived with crew and did the job. Trees were trimmed nicely. The crew efficiently completed the job and the branches were cleaned and driveway blown and swept. Pleased with this job. This is the third time we needed tree service over the past 20 years. Used Advance for all three. Think management has changed over the years but the service for me has been fine. read more

Advanced tree did an amazing job removing an old silver maple in my back yard. (Maybe 70' tall?) More than double height of house. 3 leads, next to neighborhood power lines and residential services. Took 4.5 hours! Some lawn damage, but that can be expected I guess. (A crater from where the lowest trunk hit the grass). Mats in work areas. Crane in driveway. Significantly better estimate than the others. Justin was our Forman. It took 3 schedule attempts to get them here, but the good price helped me be deal with that. read more

We're not even a customer and this company screwed us. They drove an oversized truck through our yard, tearing it up, and destroyed our driveway getting to a neighbors yard. Then did a crap job repairing the yard, and is refusing to repair the significant damage to our driveway. And my neighbor's pissed because he took the day off to be there when Advanced was cutting down his trees. But because they had the wrong truck, they couldn't get into his backyard and left without doing the job, never came back and are now refusing to do the job!! Too many other great companies - avoid this one. read more

I have used their services over many years but had a really poor experience this year. After the storms early in August, that badly damaged a tree, I called Advanced Tree care on the 4th. Informed them that the remaining tree was a risk to the house. They said they were backed up, but due to risky tree, she said she would prioritize the estimate. Then called on 6th, 8th 10th, and 24th, each time got same message, that she did not control Aarons schedule and he would get to it when he could. Then I learned from my neighbor on the 31st that Aaron had been over to give him an estimate. Called and was told by a new scheduler that Arron had tried to contact me. No record of him calling, and you would think that after 5 attempts by me to find the status, they would have my number. Then got a referral for Executive Branch tree service from my plumber. Called Sept 1st, they came on the 2nd. They said the remaining part of tree was a risk to the house, and prioritized the tree removal. The tree was removed on the 4th and stump was also ground later that day. Advanced Tree Care may have good rates, but poor customer service. read more

I've used these guys twice now in the past year, once removing a few trees and grinding stumps, and just recently after that fucking ice storm where I lost parts of a beautiful tree on my front lawn near the house. Both times I got an estimate within a day or two, and scheduled within a reasonable time. These were not emergency jobs, so timing was not really an issue. They were able to save the partially damaged tree, cleaned up after themselves, were quick and efficient. And getting a couple of other quotes, they were way more reasonable than anyone else. Use them because they are good, and then smile afterward at what you got for the money. You won't be disappointed. read more

The arborist came out to look at the dead trees on the side of our house at the end of March 2020. The cluster of trees had the trunks in a grouping of bushes and the biggest tree had dead branches over our deck. Our call was based on the tree over the deck. The arborist went in to the bushes to look and wrote a quote to remove 2 trees. We accepted and asked to be scheduled. They did not show up after the first scheduling of an appointment on 5/5. I had to call for a status and ask for a reschedule. The girl that handles scheduling was very nice. When the team arrived to take down the trees and went into the bushes, they took down 2 trees, but not the tree we had called about with dead branches over our deck. Apparently there were 3 trunks/trees in the cluster. The arborist apparently thought 1 was still alive during his initial assessment. We did not know there was any issue until they were packing up to leave while the main tree is still standing. My issue is the crew took the 2 smaller trees, easier to reach and NEVER shared with us that there was a discrepancy between the work order and the number of dead trees that were in the bushes. If we had been asked which 2 trees, we would have had them take the original tree we called about with dead branches over our deck. The arborist, Aaron, was contacted AFTER they took 2 trees out. He shared it would be another $1200 to take down the original tree he was called about initially. It happens to be the largest! They took no accountability for the miscommunication! He told me this happens all the time, that they think trees are still alive. There was no question that the main tree we called abut was dead, so he must have thought one of the smaller ones was still alive. How did their workers know which 2 trees to remove when there were 3 dead?? They took down the wrong tree!! The owner will not call me back. HORRIBLE customer service!! There are so many great companies out there that want continued business. I back to woods and have more work for the future. They refused to take any responsibility. We offered to pay for an additional tree, but not full price since they took down the wrong one. They refused. Do your research! This is such an expensive project and we thought we were bringing in professionals. They were anything but.... I gave them a full week to respond to my call. read more

This company was bought recently and now it is the worst tree company ever. They came to take tress down and they did but also took down two poles that hung a netting around the tennis court, tore up the yard and did a crappy job repairing it, dumped all the wood chips on all the little shrubs around the property which they where to be dumped behind the burm the shrubs were. they were to leave all big pieces of the trees for me to cut up for firewood but chipped all of it. They put numerous holes In tarp covering firewood. Cut tress that weren't suppose to cut. Haven't replaced 6×6 posts that they knocked down around tennis court( which by the way the guy on the skid steer should not be able to drive cause he sucks) and there is to much to write about these guys but please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND THEY JUST SUCK. They will be out of business soon. Also they took down 6 huge ash tress at another location and again were to leave all the tress for firewood and instead chipped them all up. How hard is it to understand directions. Not hard at all .well these guys cant. They are just stupid. But as they say you can't fix stupid. Well we will see in court how stupid they are. Suing them for not repairing tennis court.
