They were able to access the tree without going on the neighbors property, even though I had the neighbors permission to do so. They did a beautiful job of taking off the offending limbs on my side without destroying the shape of the tree. While they were here on the second job, I mentioned that I felt that my front yard tree could have used a little more removal of the chipping. They promptly went out front and did so. Unlike many in the business, they throw down big mats on your lawn, so their tracked equipment doesn't chew up your grass. They seem to have a unique four-legged pruning platform that travels on treads and can fit in the narrowest of openings --- "I just need three feet [of width]!" their foreman told me --- and it can rise 100'. This equipment leaves an even smaller footprint on your property, unlike a heavy boom truck. Their people are considerate of shaping your trees when pruning, not just hacking. I also had them take out trees and grind the stumps, all done very nicely. Cleanup was commendable. And from the front office to the crews, they are courteous.

He used a pole pruner for a lot of the work and then used a bucket truck to prune near the top of the tree. He took his time and the tree looks really beautiful. Being a Certified Arborist which is very important, he put my mind at ease that the job would be done professionally. Clean up was not only beautiful on our property but he also made sure to get all the cuttings from the inside of the tree. Tree Lion's price was very reasonable and Sven was great to work with.
