I called them for an estimate and they were very rude when the salesman came out he was very rude also. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

A crew just showed up to my property and started cutting trees with out contacting me. To make things worse not one guy on the crew spoke English. What a nightmare. Also don't fall for the gimmick coupons they offer. read more

Amazing service from start to finish. Within 30 minutes of hearing the tree fall on the roof, I was on the phone and online to find someone to help. My 1st call was to Meinhart and there was a representative at my home so quickly, the storm was still blowing! They called to say they could start the following day. I was nervous but hopeful, given the reviews here on Yelp. I had nothing to worry about, they were there bright and early. There was a big change of plans when they realized the tree was unsafe, as it had cracked to the base and everything at the top had to come off. They were great about everything and able to accommodate the changes needed. Super helpful in explaining the process, taking photos for insurance and covering the hole in the roof. There was another storm a couple days later and the tarp was still secure. I highly recommend this company and will look to them for any tree service needs I might have in the future. read more

We just had Meinhart's Tree Service out for the second time. What a great company. Easy to set the estimate and schedule the work. They arrived on time and did an awesome job. And these weren't small trees either. At least one was 80' tall. Thanks for doing such a great job. They'll be the first I call the next time I need a tree removed. read more

We had 2 large trees removed, one dead and one too close to the house foundation and roof. Meinhart's full crew arrived at 8:00AM as promised with all the equipment required to complete the work as promised, which they proceeded to accomplish. Very accommodating and courteous, price was fair and competitive. Cleaned up upon completion. We would use this company again when necessary. read more

Quick service. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend. The crew showed up on time and was very professional.

We cut some trees down ourselves and couldn't get rid of them! After, we thought about it, we called Meinhart's tree service to see if they would come out and move the trees we cut! And guess what, they did! Awesome company! Know what they are doing and cleans up after they are done too! If you need your tree cut down call them! Thank you for your time! read more

We have used Meinharts a few times. A few years ago they trimmed our tall oak tree in the front of our house. This year there are no leaves at all so it's dead and we now fear that one of these storms will bring it down on our house. Last year a storm took town a huge pine and a Bradford pear. We understood the estimate didn't include taking out the stump but they left at least 6 feet of the tree on the ground. We called a few times to ask when they were going to finish and did not get a return call. They were paid thousands of dollars for a job that took less than 2 hours. I just think this was very unprofessional. read more

Great company to work with! They did an awesome job removing 2 large trees and 4 smaller trees from my property. They cleaned up the yard afterwards, which waan't expected, but a pleasant surprise! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

We didn't have to wait for our estimate or for them to come out and cut down the trees! The wood was removed, the area was raked, and every single twig was removed from the worksite before they left. Wonderful service! Highly recommend.... read more

Sean and his crew are great. Professional, courteous and efficient. They performed a ground clearing for my company which consisted of multiple tree clearing and basic trimming. Work was performed to expectations. Hard workers and Joel the owner was polite and accommodating to all requests. Nothing was too much trouble. Great company to work with. Highly recommend. read more

Tue.10/24 had appt. after waiting 2 weeks from time of estimate to schedule it. That day called for heavy rain. I called office in the morning to check if the were coming. I was told she didn't know yet, they had calls about trees being down, said she would have to call me back. 1/2 hour later received call to say they were not coming. couldn't reschedule till following week. today 10/31. I called another tree service, their estimate for same job was cheaper, but more importantly, the 2 maple trees I wanted trimmed back, they said this is Not the right time to do it, not while leaves r still on tree, it could kill it!!! I called Meinhart back and cancelled them!. Then I'm out today,my cell phone goes off and they show up today!!! I guess no one knows what's going on!!! read more

Waited 23 days for Meinhart's Tree Service to complete a job that they were paid in full for. Called 7 times, wrote 2 emails, and asked for someone to call back to explain. Was told there are many people that are priorities before you because they have been waiting longer. read more

After receiving my free estimate, I was scheduled to have tree service done on 8/21. The crew showed up early that day which was great - so I thought. The crew chief then told me that they had another job to do first and they would come back around noon. FOUR DAYS LATER, they still have not returned. I spoke with three different individuals who stated they would find out what happened and call me back...... They never did. The billing department had the AUDACITY to call asking me how everything went and then asked for payment..... REALLY???!!! I do NOT recommend this company.... AT ALL!! read more

Had an estimate scheduled at 5:00 pm and they no-show'd. I tried to call the office and they are closed. Very frustrated.

Professional Service came to give a quote and remove a tree at the Church. While waiting for the church rep to meet him, noticed smoke coming from the church building and took the time to investigate and put it out(Possibly saving the church and members inside, THANK YOU!). Gave a fair price for removal of the tree considering everyone in the town needed to have trees removed because of the storm. He arrived at the scheduled time and removed the tree on schedule. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely use him again. read more

Meinharts just finished a job removing 2 large trees from our property. They came when they promised, worked hard, were very courteous and professional, and we have no complaints. Their price was fair. We would use them again. read more

I had 6, very large trees removed from my property and the Meinhart guys were great. They were professional and very obviously knew what they were doing. The customer service was great and the person who schedules the service is polite and friendly. When the crews left, everything was spotless. And the best part is they donate a portion of the money to breast cancer. I would highly recommend them! read more

Their customer service is the absolute worst, I would never use them again. We needed a fallen tree removed and they said they would be there in the afternoon and call a half hour before their arrival - they showed up at 9 AM and didn't call us until they were there. They led us to believe that the tree and the stump would be removed on the same day - then had their stump grinder out with a different crew that day. They guaranteed that they would be back for the stump one of two days later that week - they didn't show up either day and never even called to let us know what was going on, and we never had any luck getting them to answer our calls. Then they just showed up one day the next week without ever letting us know they were coming. The only thing they were clear about and on time for was collecting payment. They did an ok job, but not good enough to make it worth the frustration. read more
