One of the best experiences I have ever had. The most challenging aspects of tree service is actually getting someone to call you back or come out for an estimate when they say they would. John from American Pride not only returned my call promptly, but came out for an estimate without me having to leave work. The estimate was the most reasonable of all of the estimates that I had received, and John was willing to get the job done in less than two business days from providing us with an estimate. Prior to coming out to complete the job, American Pride's insurance carrier contacted me via email to send us their insurance binder, this is a MUST when dealing with tree removal and NOT standard practice -- We felt confident in our decision. We had two VERY large pine tree's which were covered in ivy in the front of our yard. In just under 4 hours, both trees were safely removed, piece by piece, with state of the art equipment, chipped, and stumps ground. In the end, you would never have known there were trees there, nor would you have known that American Pride's meticulous employees were on the property. Caution was made to ensure that the property was not damaged while removing the trees. All in all, I cannot recommend this company enough. American Pride Tree Service is a company that does outstanding work. They arrived on time. They were efficient and well skilled. While one person was performing his task, another person was performing a different task, so the operation moved quickly and with maximum efficiency. Our particular situation required they move a cherry picker truck into a back yard. They put down metal plates to protect the lawn before moving the truck into place. The person operating the cherry picker also had to maneuver the arm over, around and between a spruce tree and a garage with a weather vane on top. No problem for these guys. The crew chief had to deal with an irate neighbor who was upset because the trees being trimmed were on his property but the limbs extended into two other properties. Tony, the crew chief handled the situation extremely well. He was friendly, respectful and informative. He defined my rights as well as the irate neighbor's rights. Tony did not lose his cool and the neighbor left without incident. They cleaned up so well afterwards you wouldn't have guessed that a tree service had been on the property. And last but not least, the price was reasonable !!! Would recommend them to others and will call them again if needed in the future. read more

Dead trees, old stacks of fire wood, storm damage these were our nagging problem. We had branches too close to the house that squirrels use to get on the roof. From the very first call to the final clean up everybody on the crew was very professional. John called me back and set up a time that worked for me to come out and give me a quote. Very nice guy. He then talked to me about I wanted to get done. He then went over all of the trees we talked about and handed me a quote. The price was right where I wanted to be within my budget. John called back the next week and told me they would be on Friday. Well as always my luck Friday it snowed. The crew came out on Saturday and Sunday to finish. I was not pushed back or to the end of the list. I have other trees that will need to be done and and they will be the first and only call I make when it needs to be done. We had some fence line trees trimmed and some cut down. American Pride Tree Service LLC, are the real deal. John and Tony and crew were phenomenal. They were prompt, efficient, managed to drive the 32,000 pound bucket truck in a narrow space and didn't leave a mark in the grass. They cut, trimmed, chipped, cleaned up, even put the lawn furniture back. John is a wonder and gave such great service at a reasonable price for all the work they did. Tony is an 'Artist' with a saw and made our trees look beautiful. You don't get such wonderful service too often these days. We had serious storm damage from uprooted trees and American Pride did phenomenal work in all phases of tree cutting and removal. Great company with a hardworking and skilled crew. I recently had 5 giant trees removed from my backyard around a brand new pool with very little room to move there equipment around. The crew hustled there tails to get done and did a great job around some tricky hazards. After the job was complete, my yard was cleaner than it was before they arrived and despite chopping these huge trees literally hanging over a pool, there was not one stick or leaf dropped in the pool.
