They were the second lowest of five bids and we chose not to go with them because of the additional work they wanted to perform. When I called to advise them that we were going with a different company, the woman who I spoke with asked who we are going with and how much we were paying. When I advised her who we were using, the first words out of her mouth were, " you know, they use Mexicans" and at least was saying that they may not be covered by the insurance policy. The tone and ignorance in her voice made me realize that we actually did make a decent decision because had we gone with them i would have regretted it

My husband reaches out to say hey, if you're just too busy please just let us know because we have a timeline we just have to work within. He calls back and says I didn't make it today, I'll go tomorrow (Sunday). She recommended him, noting that he's local, would likely offer more competitive pricing, and wouldn't have as far of a drive.
