They were courteous and did all they could do to get the job done in one visit. Even saying that they underestimated what it would take to get it all done and I appreciated that candor in place of overpromising. The price was fair and I recommend this company for removal. What I learned is that I should have broken the work up instead of expecting everything to be done well in one visit. Moving quickly, four bushes were removed that shouldn't have been, the grass is still overgrown (but better) and clean up was still needed. There was just no time and they had already worked a full day. Daquan said they would make up for it by giving me a free cut in the future so we'll see. Overall, good for removal and hard yard work. I'm so glad that part is over and now we replant and landscape.

To my surprise I am amazed to find there were no reviews for Ryan Bansky Expert Tree Service…read more Having used Ryan many times over the years I have found him to be both professional and courteous each time I have used his services. Ryan has ALWAYS performed excellent service as well as strived for complete satisfaction. About a year ago I had a large Pine tree removed that was too close to the house. This year my wife wanted to plant a dogwood in the same vicinity. When the tree installers came out they informed me there remained to much debris in the area and referenced an expensive clean up that was needed. When I reached out to Ryan he informed me that he would come out, survey and if need be clean up the area so that the tree could be planted. The cost....Nothing. Ryan was happy to take care of it as too the years we have used his company. I am particularly fond of the fact that Ryan also is deeply entrenched with local charities and fundraisers. As a small business owner I always support those who give back to the community. I would recommend Ryan Bansky Tree Expert to anyone who needs someone you can trust and who cares about trees as well.

He arrived a little late with his truck and small crew but went right to work and did the whole job in just 3 hours. I had expected a lot of chainsaw noise but they did a lot of cutting with handsaws, using the power tools mostly to cut up and grind the wood. Very impressive work and a great personality. They were very close to my home, and right alongside our electric wires. The trees were at the end of their life span, and hurricane season was approaching, but it was not urgent. Even so, Brian got back to me the same night, a Wednesday, and came out to do an estimate Thursday morning. There was a Maple in the backyard I had planned to tackle myself, but Brian lumped that into his estimate, as well as the removal of some branches on another Maple that was lying on our roof and shed. We were quoted a lower price for agreeing to keep the wood. The work was done in its entirety by 1 on Monday. The crew cleaned up everything, and even chopped the firewood we were keeping into small pieces and piled them into neat stacks. Brian and I did discuss the cash payment and agreed that no money would be paid until the job was done. That seems to be the issue with many of the negative reviews. In addition, we did not have the stumps ground. We were going to pay for that service, and Brian did tell us that someone else would be coming another day to do so, but our gas lines run under the front of our house, so we decided against it for now. I'd definitely recommend E-Z Tree Service.
