The bottom line about Storms Land Services is that Connor is a professional, hard worker who charges a fair price for his excellent service. Connor is by far one of the best contractors I've ever hired. From the consultation all the way through to the completion of the project he was absolutely professional on every front. We have been having water issues in our back and side yards. Our backyard has a pretty decent slope to it and the water would pool between our patio and playground. Connor came out and did a through inspection of the property and advised installing a catch basin in the back yard that would dump out into the street as well as a French drain to handle the soggy side yard. When we informed Connor that we'd be using him he told me he'd rethought some things about the project. Just the idea that he'd put additional thought into our situation before we'd signed a contract made me feel like he really cared about helping us. Throughout the project we kept remarking about how efficient and thorough his work was. Every day he cleaned up after himself and made sure any digging was filled back in. I've never hired someone who has worked as hard as Connor. I cannot say enough how grateful we were for his meticulousness and professionalism. A few days after all the pipes had been laid down we had a decent bout of rain in the morning. Usually this would mean a small pond in our backyard and our side yard would be marshland for days. We had no pooling in the backyard and when I checked the side yard at about 2 pm the ground was almost dry. I was hopeful that it would work but I was astonished at how well it worked. Conor is amazing. We needed to have a bunch of debris removed after a storm. He quoted us a price that seemed fair, took his time and did the work, and actually refunded a little because it was less than he expected. The guy is a one man wrecking crew. I had an issue with my yard with large areas being flooded after rain and also with weeds. I finally got fed up and looked into doing something about it. I found Storms Land Services, and he, Conner, came to look at the issue I had. He took the job and came today and finished it today. He power raked my entire yard, transferred dirt around to level it, and cleaned everything. Very nice guy and willing g to a swer any questions you might have. I wanted to thank Connor at Storms for a great job. We needed our front landscaping re-done with a border, two drains spouts buried and he did a fantastic job solving a couple issues accomplishing that. Also had him build a sloped berm from our patio so the grandkids would just roll down instead of falling off the two foot drop. Lastly he installed a walkway from our driveway to the sidewalk from our street to the front porch. Connor was very responsive, kept us informed as the project progressed and thorough and committed to doing it right throughout.
