They advised us on the removal of a very large Black Birch tree on our property that was developing a very deep pit at its base that was holding water. There was a fear of it falling on the house or cars. Additionally, they trimmed and pruned three very overgrown Honey Locusts and shaped and pruned our wonderful Red Maple. Lastly, they shaped a Mulberry tree and removed a Pine that had grown inside the Mulberry. It was a very big job. Sven and Jake were pleasant, amenable, and professional. Initially, they indicated they could come out on Saturday, July 4, but the estimate was ultimately confirmed for Sunday, July 5, between 11:00 am & 12:00 p.m. I was coordinating the appointment on behalf of a loved one. Because the property owner doesn't live at the affected house, they traveled from another part of the city and rearranged their schedule specifically to meet the estimator. We also learned that the neighboring property we initially believed the tree had fallen from is vacant, making it even more important to determine responsibility and move the process forward. Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend a company that confirms an appointment and then fails to show up or communicate with the customer.

Tony actually came to my house two or three times over a few months To go over everything with me with no promise he would get for work. Started August 11, 2023 and it is now March 11, 2024 and he still hasn't cut down 2 trees and hasn't cleaned up all of the cut down trees and hasn't removed the stumps. Mike Williams will cheat you out of your money, then disappear. I finally was able to get him to answer his cell on a 3rd call within 2 minutes only from a blind number that he didn't know to avoid. SCUMBAG !!!! Run from this thief. on my way to small claims will update after the judgment! Don't give him a penny until the job is done to your satisfaction.

I contacted them through Yelp and they replied promptly, the owner was friendly and came out within a few days to look at the work I wanted done and gave me a competitive estimate. The price was right by me and they came out on the date I needed them which was within a week of the estimate. They came out and completed the work at a reasonable time frame and we're very friendly answering questions and taking additional requests. I have a few more trees I need gone next year and I'll be contacting them again.
