I mentioned during the consult we don't have parking and I was told it wasn't a problem, but when someone was supposed to come and measure the fence they first just didn't show up at all and the second time they apparently circled the block a few times, gave up, and left without anyone telling me they weren't coming. I wasted so much time waiting around for them. When I tried to get answers on when they would come back, no one could provide me with any information and just said that the measurements didn't matter and the installation could be completed without measurements, which obviously did not make me feel confident they would do a good job with the installation. I asked to speak with a manager, was put on hold forever, and then told no one was available. I'll be doing a charge back on my card for the deposit since they did not deliver on their end in the slightest and I will start the whole process of finding someone to replace my fence over again. An enormous waste of time and energy for nothing at all! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The fence gate required a locking latch to meet pool standard in my community. The gate latch is poor quality, --the latch will not open, or it sticks closed (requires oiling monthly, as well as constant adjustment to the latch). Discussed this with Dan on several occasions by phone or text (since installation in 1/2025). He inspected the latch during a visit and said it would be replaced. In addition, the installers cut the sprinkler system line in two places (the cuts in the line are obvious). Dan was told about the existence of the sprinkler system at time of purchase (installation team reminded as well). Two attached photos show cut in line adjacent to concrete (by shovel?), as well as cut in line where line sits atop of corner of concrete (zoom in on the photo). When I brought the gate latch to Dan's attention by text and voicemail (again earlier this week), he said no one told him the gate latch wasn't replaced. He said someone would drop by and repair/replace the gate latch, and he would repair the sprinkler line. I'm not sure why he expected me to remind him again about the gate latch (how many conversations does it take to get it done?). I declined to have him fix the sprinkler line as I already did the job myself (hopefully it doesn't continue to leak), and I didn't want to get into another back and forth with him about completing the work (as I experienced since 1/2025 about the gate latch).

With everything going on they got back to us immediately with questions even though their office is closed. Our fence looks great. Happy with the price. They installed our fence 2 feet away from the property line aside from that their incompetent workers damage by 2025 fully loaded Tahoe, black and color with concrete dust from their truck, they didn't even have the professionalism or the audacity to advise me. Hey, we're going to be unloading concrete move your truck.! Now we're having a problem with them because they don't wanna come and address their issue. We have 2 feet in where our fence wasn't installed properly we had to reach out to a financial institution stop payment and to add their workers are dirty unprofessional damaged our neighbors property they cut the main root off our 5003 in where the arborist that we had come out and inspect the tree advised us that it might be sick due to the fact and how they cut the roof with dirty equipment! And the fact that they cut a main route off a tree is appalling like where did you find these installers at at your local Home Depot parking lot ! This was a small, simple job and I provided him with multiple pictures and a clear description of what I wanted, which was a replacement of exactly what I had. The gate was wrong, and installed backwards, the hinges were way too large, and there were no caps on the fence posts. His solution to the missing caps, was to have a worker come back and saw down the posts, making it impossible to install caps. The cement work was sloppy and plantings that should not gave been affected were destroyed. The worst part of this, however, was the unprovoked verbal attack in person towards me with him yelling and cursing at me in an aggressive and threatening manner. I told him to never step foot on my property again.
