We had to contact a different company, who showed us that the installation was actually defective as Delta installed a bar that was too short, and as a result could not keep a vital component in place properly. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night. In the last week we've had a break-in to one of our cars, and a criminal on the run attempt to ditch his gun. Thanks Delta!

The only aspect I disliked about the construction was the industrial appearance of the toggle bolts connecting the beam. I plan to apply plastic bolt caps on the studs for a more aesthetic result. Management never provided a detailed invoice. The estimated parts cost was $4000-$4800, while other quotes fell near $2500. I sourced retail costs of #2 grade lumber from Home Depot, and even with shipping, handling, fuel, and fasteners, the total would not approach that range. I will hire them again for another job but will want more detailed costs to budget.
