If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner is a crook. I had pavers - yes pavers installed by…read morethis company. They were partially done, and just never came back to finish. They left my backyard in shambles - tearing up my grass, throwing rocks all over mine and my neighbor's front lawn, and leaving their pavers so unfinished that my yard now floods with two feet of water every time it rains! I called repeatedly, left voicemails over and over for weeks - and no response. I had the bright idea to call from a different number, and they answered IMMEDIATLY! As soon as I said my name, THEY HUNG UP ON ME, and would not answer another call from that number!! From there, I took matters into my own hands. I called another company to finish the job that these people did not. They told me that the job was started so horribly that I would need to rip out the entire thing and start all over ($10,000)...and that I would not even be able to get my certificate of occupancy from an inspector because it was not even up to code!!! I had to then call my credit card company to at least get my money back for the labor I paid them to do. Thankfully, I was refunded all of the labor money...but I still had to pay another $10,000 to fix my yard after that!!! That was the most expensive paver job in existence for the size installed. Horrible company! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Hector was the gentleman that gave me the quote and did the work. He was super nice, they did a full sprinkler system install in 1 day. He showed me how to use the app, adjust the heads, and they put down grass seed when done. Also they accidentally cracked one of my blue stones but they replaced it within a few days of the job. The sprinkler system works great so far. Looking forward to using it this fall and next spring.

Very frustrated with the service. The company is too big and the experience is too impersonal. An…read moreautomated service suggested a date to shut down my system in early October --I accepted without paying too much attention, but my landscaper seeded my lawn 2 days later and now I'm hand watering every day. I should have caught this, but it's not the kind of thing I have to worry about and I want to work with a company that I can trust to make a sensible suggestion. When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. So did I not need it, or were you just trying to uncharge me? Or do I actually need it, and you never took the time to come back and fix it?

They even provided support months afterwards when I had an issue with a part of the pergola. They handled it swiftly and professionally. My neighbor--who hired a less reputable company for his backyard hardscaping--was jealous and appreciated how ELA still helped me after the job was completed and they'd been paid. I just knew with our initial conversation, that although I was going to speak to others, I was going to hire C & N Fence Company. The fence is quality material, and the cost for installation was fair. Calvin is personable and his men are well trained. I love looking out the windows to see our new vinyl fence. The fence looks great and Calvin is the best. I must note that it is a little scary choosing a contractor on the internet. I was burned with a Big Box "contractor", but took the chance one more time. I made the right decision with C & N Fence and highly recommend.
