A child could've cut a straighter line. When I pointed out the vinyl siding damage John said he would come back to clean the siding even after I texted him a few times he never returned. A week after the butcher job on the sidewalk I asked one of his men to have John contact me but that didn't happen either. I'm very disappointed in John. On site, Luis and crew had our old steps dismantled and removed in less than a day; the replacement steps took only a few more days to build. They perfectly matched the schist stone of my home's foundation for the risers and when a few of my side path flagstones got cracked in the process of moving, they were replaced with new matching pieces. The team cleaned up each day and power washed after the job was complete. The best part? The fair price, which was less than others who wanted to stucco the risers or only wanted to work with brick. Altho I did NOT get a recommendation for Joe via FB, I got one straight from a client's mouth. Walking the dog around the neighborhood I came upon a fresh concrete sidewalk and steps that looked very nice! I took note of the sign posted at the worksite, Joe Libertini Concrete and gave him a call. He stopped out the very next morning and gave me a quote on the spot, whereas the other 2 recommended contractors took roughly a week to get a quote to me. I spoke with my neighbor who raved about Joe's work. So...I went with Joe, not only because he beat them on price, but he was also quoting 6" of concrete rather than 4. Additionally, he is the only person whose work I saw for myself. I was very pleased with Joe's work. He is a one man operation renting anything he needs so he can do the work himself. I was very impressed watching him work in the summer heat, and moreso with the work he did. My patio looks fantastic, and with the wire and rebar supporting a 6 inch pad, I should be good for decades to come! Need some concrete? French drain? New sidewalk or patio?
