The tiling looked good but I know the substrate was incorrect. The negatives. Maybe it is because I am a woman, but he is difficult to work with. I was saving that original solid doors and trim which he thought was weird. Try to throw out the door I was saving to put on the bathroom. Asked me to get the permits. Asked if someone else was installing the kitchen cabinets. Asked me to call about installing the dishwasher. Destroyed my sink vanity because "it didn't pass inspection ". I had to fix all the holes in the walls for the house to be rewired. He told me "to get the painter to do it". I was the painter. He tried to charge me for his sales tax on building material. We passed inspection last week and he finally got paid, but he tried to get paid before passing inspection, which was not going to happen. I'm happy to be done with the whole thing. read more
