It's even more pressing now as basement contractors are coming soon and they need more space to work. I made the appointment, then called in to get another at the last minute as I was concerned one trip might not be enough. No problem. The team lead, Steven, checked in twice before appt., including once to let me know they were 10 minutes out. The team arrived right on time and parked with respect to mine and my neighbor's properties. The team consisted of three polite, professional young men -- Spencer, Aaron and Basim, (have to make sure they get the shout out they deserve). Spencer took a look at what was to go and gave me a firm estimate, (which he said I could make less if I wanted fewer things moved). Not necessary; it was an extremely reasonable price. They got to work immediately and didn't stop until it was all out. It took less than 30 min. for something I was sure would take them the full two hour time slot. Aaron even took the time to ask me if I was sure I wanted to toss two old license plates -- noting that once they were tossed some less than law abiding person might take the opportunity to attach them to their own car. Big oops on my part! Big thanks to Aaron! The next appt. is a few days away and I'm sure they'll do another great job.

WOW!!!! Jared Miller and Junk 215 are Rock Stars!!!…read more Not only did Jared show up on time, he honored his estimate. These two points; punctuality and honesty and two things this industry typically does not have. I contacted many junk removal companies for their services. Most were priced higher, most had serious bad attitudes, and one in particular, did a bait and switch on me after showing up late initially, then not showing up all the next day. Junk 215 showed up on time, honored their estimate even though my pickup was larger than expected and were a delight to work with.
